Unique experience... this is a small dark club vibe for discerning adults looking for good food, great bar for cocktails and whisky fanatics and a humidor to die for . Music by professional singers and musicians who are soulful and jazzy. It gets busy so you need to book. Open from 5pm to late except Sundays shut at 9pm . The staff are young, professional and welcoming. Special Mention to Amy who is charming.

An overall incredible experience. The food was great, staff extremely attentive, drinks and service was amazing. Staff provided a free glass of fizz for my birthday which was a lovely gesture. The atmosphere was lovely and the live music was great. Overall an intimate venue and a great theatrical experience. We will definately revisit.

Celebrated our return home at the Puffin Rooms. Such a special place.
Fantastic across the board: Food, Cocktails. Ambience, service all first class. The live music is the cherry on the top.
Liverpool is so lucky to have so many high calibre restaurants and bars, but for us The Puffin Rooms lead the way.

I booked a private party at The Puffin Rooms and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole event. The service, the venue and the entertainment - Victoria Sharpe. The evening was arranged via Gareth who was very helpful and all staff continued to reassure me all evening that if I needed anything it wouldn’t be a problem. Everyone who attended was really impressed with the venue and service and plan to return. If you haven’t yet experienced the delights of The Puffin Rooms then definitely give it a visit - I’m sure it will be one if many.

We have been coming to the Puffin Rooms several times a year as we live over 70 miles away or it would be more frequent. The food is always excellent and the drinks are lovely. We particularly enjoy the entertainment and usually book to see one of the resident acts”The grace notes” aka, Sue and Barney who are always superb creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, as my wife is still recovering from an operation and is struggling to eat we booked late for a drinks only table. The booking journey was handled by a young man named Joe who was fantastic. Upon arriving for the night he met us and escorted us to our table. I cannot praise enough the professional, courteous and warm approach this young man, and his colleague Gareth had, especially to my wife and I could see the same first class service to every guest for the evening. It really made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, one half of the resident act,Sue, was ill so could not perform. Instead Barney was accompanied by a young singer named Lydia who was sensational. The venue is small with a lovely intimate feel and the whole team are a credit to the business.

Wow! Wow! Wow!
The service here is superb, the staff are so attentive and really knowledgeable about the drinks and cigars.
We cam to celebrate our son's 21st birthday, we were treated like royalty.
Huge thanks to Joe, Adam and Graham and a special mention to Victoria who provided beautiful music. We couldn't have asked for more.
And the complimentary champagne for the mums was spot on.
